Gift cards start at $100. You can issue cards at any value above the minimum, $100, $150, $250, $500, or any amount in between. Cards are issued in the recipient's local currency at the equivalent value.

Service fee

10%

A 10% service fee per card covers the full managed service, concierge delivery, card preparation, occasion tracking, and tax documentation. A $100 gift card costs $110 in total. That’s it.

No subscription

No annual platform fee. No per-seat licence. No minimum commitment. You can run a programme for 5 people or 5,000, the pricing scales naturally with your recognition activity. Volume arrangements available on request.

How does the Occasions Engine connect to our HR system?

We support direct HRIS integration or a simple CSV/spreadsheet upload. Most clients are fully configured within 48 hours of onboarding. If your system isn't directly supported, our team configures it manually, no action required from your IT team beyond initial data export.

What happens if an employee leaves mid-programme?

When someone leaves, their upcoming milestones are removed from the queue automatically. Any undelivered cards are paused and reviewed. You're never charged for gifts to people who are no longer with the company.

Can we add our own occasion types beyond anniversaries and birthdays?

Yes. The Occasions Engine supports fully custom milestones, sales targets, training completions, probation completions, team-specific achievements, and anything else your culture recognises. Custom types are configured at onboarding and can be updated at any time.

Who sees the Culture Dashboard?

You control access. Most clients give dashboard access to their HR Director, People Lead, or CPO. Some also share summary views with line managers or finance, the permission level is configurable. Your Quarterly Culture Report is prepared for leadership presentation if needed.

How does tax compliance work across different countries?

Every card we issue includes a documentation record covering the local tax rules for the recipient's country, whether that's trivial benefits treatment in the UK, gift reporting in the US, or equivalent requirements across our 190+ country footprint. All records are available in the platform for Finance to review and export. We have never had a client return with a tax or compliance problem. If Finance needs a call, we join it.

How much does The Mojo Moment Programme cost?

Mojo Gift experience cards start at $100 per gift card. A 10% service fee applies per card, so a $100 gift costs $110 in total. There are no annual subscriptions, no per-seat fees, and no hidden charges. You pay per gift, only when you give. Volume arrangements are available for programmes with higher gift frequency.
