Expected Behaviour

We expect all members to contribute positively:

  • Respectful communication — use thoughtful, courteous language; avoid inflammatory or offensive content.
  • Authentic sharing — share genuine experiences and honest reviews; avoid fake or misleading content.
  • Privacy respect — do not share others’ personal information without consent.
  • Constructive feedback — focus on being helpful rather than critical.
  • Intellectual property — only share content you have the rights to use.
  • Platform guidelines — follow all platform rules, terms, and community standards.

Prohibited Content & Behaviour

The following are strictly prohibited:

Harmful content — hate speech, discrimination or harassment; violence, threats or intimidation; adult or sexual material; content promoting self-harm or dangerous activities.

Spam & manipulation — spam or irrelevant content; fake reviews or manipulated ratings; impersonation or false identities; coordinated inauthentic behaviour.

Legal violations — copyright or trademark infringement; privacy violations or doxxing; illegal activities or content; fraud or financial scams.

Platform abuse — attempts to hack or exploit the platform; creating multiple accounts to evade restrictions; circumventing security or safety measures; interfering with platform functionality.

Memory Journal Guidelines

The Memory Journal is a personal space for reflection and documentation. When creating and sharing memories:

  • Share genuine personal experiences and emotions with meaningful, honest detail.
  • Upload high-quality photos and videos when appropriate, and ensure you have the rights to all shared media.
  • Respect the privacy of others who appear in your photos or videos.
  • Use appropriate tags and categorisation.

Privacy note: your Memory Journal entries are private by default. You control what you share and with whom — always consider the privacy implications before making a memory public or shared.

Reporting & Enforcement

We rely on our community to help maintain a safe, respectful environment.

How to report — use the report button on any content or profile, or contact community@mojo-gift.com with specific details and any relevant screenshots or evidence.

Enforcement actions — content removal or editing requirements, temporary restrictions or warnings, account suspension or permanent ban, and legal action for serious violations.

Response time — we aim to review all reports within 24 hours. Urgent safety issues are prioritised and addressed immediately.

Appeals Process

If you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you can appeal by contacting our community team within 30 days. Include your account details and reasoning. Appeal contact: appeals@mojo-gift.com.

These guidelines may be updated periodically to reflect community needs and platform evolution. We will notify users of significant changes through email and platform announcements.
